What is the shipping cost?

We offer fast and FREE delivery Australia-wide on all orders with no minimum purchase requirements, unless otherwise specified. 

 

Where are products shipped from?

All of our products are located within Australia and shipped from Australia, with warehouses usually located either in Victoria or New South Wales. This depends on the levels of stock and demand. 

 

When will I receive my order?

We know you are excited to get your Oz Living order, and we are too! That is why we make every effort to ensure that the delivery is completed as soon as possible, so that you receive your items as soon as possible.

Our hard-working team processes all orders within 24 hours of purchase. This can extend to 48 hours during holiday seasons and public holidays. 

You will typically receive your order within 4–14 business days of placing your order. This is excluding any delays caused by couriers. 

If you are on the tail end of the delivery period, we apologise for any inconvenience caused. 

This doesn’t occur often but can during busy periods, with most of this being out of our control and within the control of the postal services. If you have any questions, please contact us via our Contact Us page, but please be assured that your order will be shipped to you as soon as possible.

 

Where do I find the tracking information?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number to follow while your order is in transit.

 

Which couriers do you use? 

We commonly use Australia Post, Startrack, Couriers Please, Pack & Send, and Amamex, depending on the size and weight of the items being shipped and your location.

 

How do I contact Oz Living?

If you need to contact us about your order, please complete the form on our Contact Us page with your order number to ensure we are speaking to the right person. One of our friendly team members will respond within 24–48 hours.

 

Are your products made in Australia?

Please note that whilst our products are stored and shipped from Australia, they are not made in Australia. Our products are typically made in China to ensure you get your useful products at affordable prices. We hope to one day move manufacturing to Australia!
